Return & Refund Policy
Due to the industrial nature of magnesium alloy materials and customized processing requirements, please review the following return and refund conditions carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days after delivery.
- Items must be unused, unprocessed, and in original condition.
- Products that have been cut, machined, welded, modified, or specially customized are not eligible for return.
- Customers must contact us before returning any item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-sized products or special alloy orders.
- Products manufactured according to customer specifications.
- Items damaged due to improper storage, machining, or use after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and products. We will evaluate the issue and arrange replacement, refund, or other appropriate solutions when applicable.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after returned items are received and inspected.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before production, cutting, packaging, or shipment begins. Once processing or shipment has started, cancellation may not be possible.
